NOTICE
The McDowell County Economic Development Authority (EDA) is seeking bids from certified contractors to install residential sprinkler systems and hard-wired smoke alarms in 6 cabins and a trailer located at Berwind Lake.
Bids will be accepted until 5 pm on May 29, 2020 and will be opened and read on June 4, 2020 by the Executive Director and members of the Board of Directors.

Bids must be clearly marked “Berwind Lake Cabins Sprinkler System/Smoke Alarm Bid” and have the bidder’s WV Contractor’s License number on the envelope. Contractor must have certified electrician and certified plumber certificates. Contractor must be insured by a liability policy and Worker’s Comp.
The McDowell County EDA reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or in whole, any bid submitted whichever is in the best interest of the McDowell County EDA.
