proposals from qualified licensed
engineers or economic firms to
complete a feasibility study for
possibilities of water department
improvements and construction of
a sewer system for the Towns of
Davy and Twin Branch, McDowell
County, WV. Information will be
available at the Davy Municipal Building on Main Street in Davy WV. The deadline to submit proposals will be October 30, 2019 at 10:00 AM.
