The Town of Fayetteville, WV, is offering for sale by sealed bid a 2009 Dodge Nitro, VIN 1D8GU28K49W532934, former Police vehicle. The vehicle is being sold “AS IS” and there are no warranties regarding the condition of the vehicle or its suitability for any particular use. Arrangements can be made with the Town Superintendent or Chief of Police to examine the vehicle. Bids must be submitted no later than 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2020. All sealed bids need to identify “Town Surplus Vehicle Bid”, Attention Superintendent, Fayetteville Town Hall mailed to P.O. Box 298, Fayetteville, West Virginia 25840. Bids will be opened Thursday, June 18, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at Fayetteville Town Hall in the Council Chambers. The Town of Fayetteville reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
