Greenbrier Public Service District No. 1 is seeking sealed bid(s) for a new backhoe that meets or is similar to the following specifications listed.
1.   New 4-wheel drive back-hoe
2.   Ultimate enclosed cab
3.   MFWD 4-wheel drive limited slip
4.   1.3 cubic yard lip bucket
5.   4.5L engine
6.   EXT 5FNC ext stab legs
7.   1,250LB front counter weight
8.   Dual battery
9.   24-inch boom bucket
10. Extended boom
11. Pilot controls
12. 360 degree amber warning or
caution light
13. Full warranty plan
Please list the financing options available as well as the service options provided such as service trucks and service center location.
Bid package must include a com-plete set of product specifications.
Greenbrier Public Service District No. 1 will award the bid to the responsive and responsible bidder whose bid is most advantageous to the District.  In determining the most advantageous bid, the District will consider criteria such as, but not limited to, cost, bidder’s past performance and/or service reputation, service capability, quality of the bidder’s staff or services, customer satisfaction, references, the extent to which the bidder’s staff or services meet the District’s needs, bidder’s past relation-ship with the District, total long-term cost to the District.  The District may opt to establish alternate selection criteria to protect its best interest or meet performance or operational standards.  The District also reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
