NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The City of Oak Hill will receive sealed bids until 3:00 p.m. on March 9, 2020 for inspection, Asbestos abatement, and demolition of the following structure:
House #199 Minden Rd.,
Description: Pt Lot 199
Blk 4 Minden, Map 58M, Parcel 62,
owned by Lori Ann Byrd.
Proposals must be itemized for each structure and will be opened publicly at the Oak Hill City Council meeting on March 9, 2020 at or shortly after 6:30 p.m.
Each bidder must submit a WV contractor license, and liability insurance (minimum limit of $1,000,000.00). The Contractor will adhere to all local, state, and federal law and shall follow all State and Federal Asbestos and other hazardous waste regulations required for demolition, transportation, and disposal; abide by the Asbestos Abatement Licensing Rule as promulgated by the State of WV Div. of Health. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on March 2, 2020 at 10 a.m. at Oak Hill City Hall.
