Bids may be mailed or delivered to the Raleigh County Commission 116 North Heber Street, Beckley, WV 25801. Bids must be received at the Commission Office on Monday December 1st by 4pm. Bids must be marked Pinecrest Plaza South Roof.
The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids received after the due date and time will not be considered.
