All persons having claims against the Estate of Edwin L. Miller, deceased, whether due or not, are notified to exhibit same, with voucher thereof legally verified, to the undersigned at The Office, 923 S. Samuel St., Charles Town, WV, on or before the 26th day of September, 2015. Otherwise they may, by law, be excluded from all benefits of said Estate. All beneficiaries of said Estate may appear on or before the said day to examine said claims and otherwise protect their interest.
