NOTICE TO CREDITORS
All persons having claims against the Estate of Marian Esther Buckner, deceased, whether due or not, are notified to exhibit same, with voucher thereof legally verified, to the undersigned at The Office, 923 S. Samuel St., Charles Town, WV, on or before the 24th day of November, 2015. Otherwise they may, by law, be excluded from all benefits of said Estate. All beneficiaries of said Estate may appear on or before the said day to examine said claims and otherwise protect their interest.
