To the creditors and beneficiaries of the ESTATE OF GARY CLIFTON EATON deceased:
All persons having claims against the estate of the said Gary Clifton Eaton deceased, whether due or not, are notified to exhibit same with the voucher thereof, legally verified to the undersigned, at my office at 110 N. Main Street, Moorefield, West Virginia 26836, on or before August 12, 2015; otherwise they may by law be excluded from all benefits of said estate.
All beneficiaries of said estate may appear on or before said day to examine said claims and otherwise protect their interests.
