NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS To maintain necessary clearances for safe and reliable electric service, AEP plans to manage vegetation along the Montgomery – Fayette Pike portion of its 12 kilovolt distribution system in Kanawha and Fayette Counties, WV. On or about May 11, 2015 contract crews will begin to apply herbicides along our rights-of-way. Rights-of-way in this area involved in the program are: Through the towns of Montgomery, Handley, Hansford Pratt, Rt. 61 and Morris Creek Rd. Representatives will attempt to personally contact resident property owners at least seven business days prior to working on their property. Specifics regarding your property may be discussed at that time.
