To all persons holding liens by judgment or otherwise, on the real estate or any part thereof, of Richard Trey Farley.
In pursuance of an Order of the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, made in the above captioned matter, to subject the real estate of the said Richard Trey Farley to the satisfaction of the liens thereon, you are hereby required to present all claims held by you and each of you against the said Richard Trey Farley, which are liens on his real estate, or any part of it, for adjudication to me, C. William Davis, at my office, Richardson & Davis, PLLC, 307 Federal Street, Suite 100, Bluefield, West Virginia, in the County of Mercer on or before the 11th day of March, 2020.
