You will take notice that Sabhash C Gupta, the purchaser of the tax lien(s) on the following real estate, Certificate of Sale: 2013-S-00000190, 4.65 Ac-Fox Glen, located in Middleway which was returned delinquent in the name of Route 9 Plaza LLC, and for which the tax lien(s) thereon was sold by the sheriff of Jefferson County at the sale for the delinquent taxes made on the 19th day of November, 2013, has requested that you be notified that a deed for such real estate will be made to him on or after April 1, 2015, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
