You will take notice that Jamie Lull, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No.: 19919, located in Charles Town District, Sec 18J #46 Shannondale which was returned delinquent or  nonentered in the name of Harvey Charles A & Helen P, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Jefferson County at the sale for delinquent taxes on 11/12/2015. Jamie Lull requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 2/22/2016, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before 2/22/2016, will be as follows:
