You will take notice that Leigha Gill, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 419504, located in TOWN District, SUR LOT 27 LILLY RIDGE which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of JACK ALEX GRIMES, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of RALEIGH County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on December 3, 2019. Leigha Gill requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after April 6, 2020, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
