Pratt, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 246758, located in FAIRMONT FAIRMONT CORP District, LT 14 EDGEMONT TERR ADD (PLAT 214-1) which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of IDH1 LLC, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of MARION County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on 10/03/2019. V.L. Pratt requests that you be notified that a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 03/03/2020, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
