NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE
Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated September 16, 2005, executed by Virginia A. Thomas, sole owner of GMG, LTD CO., unto J. Michael Anderson, Substitute Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 568 at Page 64, the makers of the Note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the Note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on May 19, 2016, at 9:15 AM of that day at the front door of the Courthouse of Greenbrier County, Lewisburg, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit:
Property Addrress: 203 Monroe Street, Rupert, WV 25984
PARCEL NO. 1
All of those three (3) certain lots located in Meadow Bluff District, Town of Rupert, Greenbrier County, West Virginia and described and designated as follows, to-wit:
Lots number Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7) of Block Number Twenty Six (26) in subdivision Number One-A (1-A) lying and being in the municipality of Rupert, Greenbrier County, West Virginia and fronting Seventy-Five (75) feet on Monroe Street, a map or plat of which said Town of Rupert, made by John C. Kennedy, is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, at Lewisburg, West Virginia.
PARCEL NO. 2
All of those two (2) certain lots located in Meadow Bluff District, Town of Rupert, Greenbrier County, West Virginia and described and designated as follows:
Lots Number Twenty-Three (23) and Twenty-Four (24) in Block Number Twenty-Six (26) in Section Number One-A (1-A) and fronting Fifty feet (50) on Logan Street, a map or plat of said Town of Rupert is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier Coutny, at Lewisburg, West Virginia.
And being the same property conveyed unto GMG, LTD Co. by deed dated March 18, 2004 from Julian W. Beitz, and Beatrice M. Beitz his wife,  recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 489 at page 264.
terms of sale: Cash in hand paid on day of sale subject to all unpaid property taxes, restrictive covenants, reservations and easements.
