NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE
Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated July 12, 2005, executed by Virginia A. Thomas, unto J. Michael Anderson, Substitute Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 563 at Page 471, the makers of the Note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the Note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on May 19, 2016, at 9:00 AM of that day at the front door of the Courthouse of Greenbrier County, Lewisburg, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit:
Property Addrress: 412  Monroe Street, Rupert, WV 25984
All of that certain tract or parcel of real estate, together with the improvements thereon and the easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying and being in Rupert Municipality, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
“Lots Nos. Twenty-nine (29) and Thirty (30) of Block 21 in Subdivision No. 1 in the Town of Rupert, lying and being in Meadow Bluff District, Greenbrier County, West Virginia and each fronting 23 feet on Monroe Street, map or plat of said Town of Rupert, made by B.M. Higginbotham, is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia and being the same lots conveyed to said John A. Ord by A.M. Moore and Elizabeth Moore, his wife, by deed dated the 7th day of October, 1944 and of record in the Office of  the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia in Deed Book No. 148, Page 6.”
And being the same property conveyed unto C.A. Ord by Delinquent Tax Deed from Paul Hoggsett, Clerk, dated April 1, 1972 of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia in Deed Book 269, at Page 697.
And being the same property conveyed unto Virginia A. Thomas, widow, by deed dated March 21, 2002, from Alice O. Hickman, Bonnie J. Rhodes, James R. Ord. Tamara O. Judy and Richard Ord. heirs of Lelia Ord. recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 473 at Page 871.
terms of sale: Cash in hand paid on day of sale subject to all unpaid property taxes, restrictive covenants, reservations and easements.
