NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE
Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated February 14, 2012, executed by Kenneth C. Hunter, Jr., unto J. Michael Anderson, Substitute Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 696, at Page 304, the makers of the note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on January 27, 2015, at 9:00 AM of that day at the front door of the courthouse of Greenbrier County, Lewisburg, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land together with the buildings and improvements thereon, easements, rights of way and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on Seventh Street in the town of Rainelle, formerly east Rainelle, Greenbrier County, West Virginia and more particularly designated and described as Lot No. Thirty (30) in Block N. Fifteen (15) of the Levelton Land and Improvement Company Addition to the town of Rainelle, as shown upon a map or plat of that addition of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Record of Maps Book 1, at Page 33.
And being the same real property conveyed unto Loleta M. Wilt and Deanna Ann Lively O’Dell as Ann Lively O’Dell, by deed dated July 25, 2000, from Loleta M. Wilt, and of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia in Deed Book 463 at Page 531. The said Loleta M. Wilt died on May 29, 2001, and by virtue of the survivorship clause in the aforesaid deed, the property vested in its entirety unto Deanna Ann Lively O’Dell.
And being the same property conveyed unto Kenneth C. Hunter, Jr. by deed dated November 13, 2007, from Deanna Ann Lively O’Dell, by Roger D. O’Dell, her attorney in fact, and Roger D. O’Dell, wife and husband, recorded in the aforesaid clerk’s office in Deed Book 518 at Page 394.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand paid on day of sale subject to all unpaid property taxes, restrictive covenants, reservations and easements.
