NOTICE
Turnrow Appalachian Farm Collective, in partnership with Fayette County Commission, seeks the services of an in-state university partner to provide program evaluation support; which is in the process of establishing a single food hub operation through a cooperative network of existing local food entities, which is part of a 2019 USDA Local Food Promotion Program grant.
The educational institution partner will evaluate the effectiveness of the Turnrow project in meeting its grant objectives. The university partner will also assist the project team by establishing a means of shared measurement to increase site-level staff capacity and measure progress as a cooperating learning organization. The research team will utilize surveys and key informant qualitative interviews to collect data for the evaluation.
