North Beckley Public Service District is pleased to announce that the sewer service extension in the Piney View area is completed and ready for connection.
The District will begin billing for sewer in this area on October 1, 2026 as authorized by West Virginia Code 16-13A-9 and Rule 4.3 of the Commission's Rules for Government of Sewer Utilities.
If a customer does not connect to the system, West Virginia Code 16-13A-9 authorizes the District to petition the circuit court to compel connection to the sewer system.

The amount of the bill to be rendered as provided by West Virginia Code 16-13A-9 will be total water consumption.

First 2,000 gallons used per month$10.73 per 1,000 gallons
Next 23,000 gallons used per month$ 9.22 per 1,000 gallons
All over 25,000 gallons used per month$ 6.16 per 1,000 gallons
Minimum Bill
No bill will be rendered for less than $21.46
