PUBLIC HEARING
TO: CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF FAIRMONT:
Please take notice that the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Fairmont will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the City of Fairmont Public Safety Building, 500 Quincy Street, Fairmont, WV, on the following items:
1. Mike Kisner requests to replace one non-conforming use (Automobile sales) with another equal or less intense non-conforming use (Automobile sales) as stated under City of Fairmont Zoning Code 8.3.E. The proposed action is located at 1125 Fairmont Ave. and is identified as 3-8-1.1.
2. Michael Bonasso requests to replace one non-conforming use (retail) with another equal or less intense non-conforming use (office/studio) as stated under City of Fairmont Zoning Code 8.3.E. The proposed action is located at 609 Clay Street and is identified as 5-8-58
Any interested person may appear at the public hearing and be heard on the matter.
Following the public hearing, the Commission shall take such action as it deems necessary in the premises.
