ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce or other affirmative relief in a separate maintenance suit.
To the above named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Melissa Shockey is an unknown resident, it is hereby ordered that Melissa Shockey serve upon Max H. White, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 148, Keyser, WV 26726, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense she may have to the petition filed in this action, no later than 30 days after the date of the first publication thereof and do what is necessary to protect her interests pursuant to W.Va. Code §56-3-24. If she fails to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against her for the relief demanded in the petition. This matter shall come on for a temporary/final hearing on the 19th day of April, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at which time Melissa Shockey may appear to protect her interests if she so desires.
