Now comes, the Plaintiff, T Capital Group, LLC, by counsel, who states that the object of the above styled suit is to seek possession of and a declaratory judgment quieting title in the subject real estate commonly known as: 112 Frazier Street, Grant Town, WV 26574.
It is ordered that Defendant, Unknown Heirs of Bridgett Lynn King, do serve upon Christopher A. Dawson, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is Reisenfeld & Associates, LLC, 3962 Red Bank Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45227, and file with the Court an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action within 30 days of the second date of publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against you at any time thereafter.
