ORDER AND NOTICE OF DEMOLITION
Please take notice as a result of hearings held on May 4, 2015, and May 18, 2015, the City of Lewisburg Building Maintenance Board, pursuant to City of Lewisburg Codified Ordinance §1101.08, determined that the structure located on the following property is an unsafe building or structure and hereby ORDERS that the same be repaired, altered, improved, removed, or demolished within 30 days.

Should the current owner fail to comply with this ORDER within the time frame specified, the City of Lewisburg will commence demolition of the structure and any costs, after the sale of any and all salvaged material is credited to the account, shall be a lien against the above referenced property.
