TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The purpose of this action is to determine guardianship of Sandra Kershner, DOB 04/14/2004, and Jeffrey Kershner, Jr., DOB 12/11/2005. Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking continued legal and physical custody of said children, and/or Termination of Parental Rights.
It appearing that the whereabouts of Malvina Odle is presently unknown at this time, it is ORDERED that Malvina Odle appear in the Office of the Honorable John A. Hutchison, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, on Thursday, the 15th day of October, 2015, at 4:00 p.m., of that day and object, or make other defense, to the Petition, otherwise guardianship of the children may be granted to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, the parental rights of the father and mother terminated.
Further, it is hereby ORDERED that Malvina Odle, be advised of her right to have counsel at every stage of these proceedings and that counsel will be appointed if she cannot pay for the services of counsel and that such proceedings may result in the severance of parental rights and the transfer of custody of said children unto the Petitioner.
