The object of this suit is to establish a guardianship and conservatorship of an alleged protected person. Take notice that a hearing will be held before the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia on the 14th day of October, 2016 at 9:30 a.m., at 110 North George Street, Charles Town, WV 25414, at which time and place you may be present to protect your interests. It is hereby ordered that you appear and defend any such rights on October 14, 2016. A copy of the petition filed in this matter may be obtained in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia.
