ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this action is to quiet title of all that certain parcel of real estate containing 245.5298 acres, known as “The Old Plantation Farm,” as shown on that certain plat of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Hampshire County, West Virginia, in Map Book No. 9, at page 346. Said real estate is shown on the Hampshire County Land Books as District 01, Tax Map 27, Parcel 17, for Bloomery District.
It appearing that the heirs of W.D. Sayre, a former owner of a 1/10 interest in said land, are unknown, and their whereabouts and place of residence is further unknown, despite the exercise of due diligence by the Petitioner in locating them, it is hereby Ordered that any person who has any knowledge of the heirs, successors or assigns of W.D. Sayre, submit an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he or she may have to the Petition filed in this action, on or before October 3, 2016.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her Office.
