ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The purpose of this action is to recover damages arising out of an automobile accident which occurred on or about September 4, 2014, on Washington Street, a public road, in Charles Town, Jefferson County, West Virginia. On September 4, 2014, Plaintiff, Ruth A. McQuade, was stopped in a designated parking spot on Washington Street in her auto, a 2004 Acura MDX, when her vehicle was struck from behind by Defendant.
To respond to the allegations in this complaint, you must file an answer by October 10, 2016. A copy of this complaint can be obtained from the Jefferson County Circuit Clerk’s Office, in Jefferson County, West Virginia.
