Helen Tobin, Petitioner vs. Gary Tobin, Respondent; Case No. 16-D-299
The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce. It appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of Gary Tobin are unknown; it is hereby ordered that Gary Tobin serve upon Helen Tobin, 151 Augustine Ave., #3A, Charles Town, WV 25414, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before October 8, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
