It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that William Youngblood is unknown to the Petitioner at this time, it is hereby ordered that William Youngblood serve upon Heather Laverty, Petitioner, whose address is 2605 Hoy Road, Augusta, WV 26704, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before October 28, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
