The object of this suit is to obtain divorce from the bonds of matrimony.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the address of Robert Carter, Jr. is unknown to the Petitioner at this time, it is hereby ordered that Robert Carter, Jr. serve upon Amy Carter, Petitioner, whose address is 2458 McKee Hollow Road, Augusta, WV 26704, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before November 14, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
