The object of the above entitled action is for the Plaintiff to obtain an Order to quiet title.
It appearing that the Defendants, Lisa Norton and Clifford Norton, the Heirs of Dennis Norton, and Any Unknown Heirs whereabouts are unknown, it is
ORDERED that they do appear and serve upon William H. Judy, III, Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is Judy & Judy, Attorneys at Law, P.O. Box 636, Moorefield, West Virginia, 26836, answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action thirty (30) days from the date of this notice. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located in Romney in said County and State. A hearing in this action is scheduled for January 5, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. before the Circuit Court of Hampshire County, Hampshire County Judicial Center, 50 High Street, Romney, WV 26757. Failure of the Defendants to respond within thirty (30) days after service of this Notice or to appear at the hearing in this matter will
preclude them from responding, or appearing or receiving any further notice of these actions. An Order granting the relief requested in the aforesaid Petition may be entered at the above referenced hearing or at any time thereafter.
