The object of this suit is to obtain guardianship of minor child.
To the Above Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Stephen J. Welden is a non-resident of the State of WV or has an unknown address. It is hereby ordered that Stephen J. Welden serve upon John and Winona Costantino, Petitioners, whose address is 54 Cold Stream Road, Capon Bridge, WV 26711, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
After this Notice has been published for one week and proof of same rendered to the Court, a hearing on this matter will be held on the 29th day of November, 2016 at 1:45 p.m. before the Hampshire County Family Court located at the Hampshire County Judicial Center, 50 S. High Street, Romney, West Virginia.
