The object of this proceeding is to obtain a judgment against Defendants in the amount of $309,254.27, plus pre-judgment interest at a rate of $40.5116 per day until judgment is entered, plus BB&T’s legal fees and force place insurance costs and all other reimbursable fees and costs incurred by BB&T in connection with the collection on the Note or the enforcement of the provisions of the Deed of Trust, plus post judgment interest at the legal rate; plus judgment for the specific act of compelling Defendants
to all BB&T to make a reasonable entry upon the Real Property for inspection and investigation on or within 20 days of the entry of such judgment, and for judicial oversight and enforcement of BB&T’s right to the inspection as may be necessary to carry out the terms of the Deed of Trust, respecting BB&T’s right to an inspection.
A copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Jefferson County Circuit Court, P.O. Box 1234, Charles Town, WV 25414. You must appear and defend yourself on or before thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, by filing with the Clerk of the Jefferson County Circuit Court a written response to the Amended Complaint filed against you. You should mail a copy of your written response to counsel for Plaintiff, James W. Lane, Jr., Bradford P. Bury and the law firm of Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC, 200 Capitol Street, Charleston, WV 25301. If you do not appear and defend yourself in this case, judgment by default will be taken against you.
