ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to set aside a restriction set forth in that certain Deed dated January 20, 2017, from William C. Keaton, Trustee, to Michael W. Cowgill, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Hampshire County, West Virginia in Deed Book 540 at Page 344, regarding real estate situate in Bloomery District, Hampshire County, West Virginia. The aforesaid deed contains a restriction on the subdivision of the real estate, to wit, the deed provides, “It is understood that this tract may not be subdivided.” Any persons having objections to make regarding the relief sought in this action shall appear and make objections within thirty days after the date of the first publication and do what is necessary to protect their interests. Failure to answer, appear, or lodge an objection to the relief sought may render any objections waived and the relief sought being granted.
