It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the address of Stacey Shanholtz is unknown, it is hereby ordered that Stacey Shanholtz serve upon Petitioner’s Attorney, Eric S. Black, Esquire, whose address is 380 South Washington Street, Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, 25411, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Modification of Custodial Allocation and Child Support filed in this action within 30 days of the date of this Publication. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for this relief demanded in the Petition.
You are further notified that a hearing before the Honorable Glen Stotler on the above styled Petition for Modification of Custodial Allocation and Child Support will take place at the Hampshire County Family Court, 50 South High Street, Romney, West Virginia, on the 27th day of December, 2017, at 11:15 a.m.
