The object of the above entitled action is to establish an easement and be granted access to the property located at 196 Brock Hollow Road, Rivesville, WV 26588 through an implied way of necessity, an easement implied by prior use, and/ or the express easement for right of way over the driveway which leads from Brock Hollow Road to Parcel 10 and traverses through Parcel 11
And it appearing that the identity and whereabouts of Respondents, Robert Lee Hawkins and Linda L. Hawkins, are unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named Respondents serve upon Petitioner’s attorney W. Scott Campbell and Patrick D. Johnson, of the law firm of Samuel I White, PC., whose mailing address is 601 Morris Street, Suite 400, Charleston, WV 25301, an Answer or any defense to the Petition filed in this action, on or before May 21, 2015, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against said Respondents at any time thereafter A copy of the Petition in this action may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s office
