Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of February, 2019, at 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, an Adjudication Hearing will be held in the above case, in the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia, Division II, Fairmont, West Virginia. Parents and infants have the right to be represented by counsel at every stage of the proceedings. These proceedings can result in the permanent termination of parental rights; Respondents should be present to protect their interests.
