Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of April, 2019, at 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, an Adjudication and or Disposition Hearing will be held in the above case, in the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia, Division I, Fairmont, West Virginia. Parents and infants have the right to be represented by counsel at every stage of the proceedings.
