Hutchison, Division 10 ORDER OF PUBLICATION TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The purpose of this action is to determine guardianship of Paislee Anne Cook, DOB January 16, 2015; Myles Canterbury, DOB November 14, 2011; Sirenity Massey, DOB February 8, 2009 and Leviathyn Cozart, DOB May 27, 2007 Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking continued legal and physical custody of said child, and/or Termination of Parental Rights. It appearing that the whereabouts of Josh Hinkle or of any known or unknown father, or of any named or unnamed father, or of anyone claiming paternity of infant child, Paislee Anne Cook, and the whereabouts of Johnny Bryan is presently unknown at this time, it is ORDERED that Josh Hinkle or any known or unknown father, or any named or unnamed father, or anyone claiming paternity of infant child, Paislee Anne Cook and that Johnny Bryan, appear in the Office of the Honorable John A. Hutchison, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, for a Mid-Point Improvement Period Review Hearing of Respondent Mother and an Adjudicatory Hearing of Respondent Johnny Bryan and a preliminary hearing as to Josh Hinkle, on Thursday, June 11, 2015, at 3:00 p.m., of that day and object, or make other defense, to the Petition, otherwise guardianship of the child may be granted to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, the parental rights of the father and mother terminated. Further, it is hereby ORDERED that Josh Hinkle or any known or unknown father, or any named or unnamed father, or anyone claiming paternity of infant child, Paislee Anne Cook and that Johnny Bryan, be advised of their right to have counsel at every stage of these proceedings and that counsel will be appointed if they cannot pay for the services of counsel and that such proceedings may result in the severance of parental rights and the transfer of custody of said child unto the Petitioner.
