On the 6th day of August, 2019 came the Plaintiff, Advance Refrigeration, Inc. by and through its counsel, Ronald G. Kramer II, and filed an Unknown Whereabouts Publication Affidavit of Ronald G. Kramer, II Against Defendant Kristin Staubly. In the Affidavit, Plaintiff’s counsel affirmed that despite using due diligence, the whereabouts of Defendant Kristin Staubly have not been ascertained.
After review of the Affidavit of due diligence, the Clerk hereby ORDERS that the following information be published once per week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation within Marion County, West Virginia pursuant to Rule 4(e) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure:
1. Title of the Action: Advance Refrigeration, Inc., Plaintiff v. Kristin Staubly, Defendant. The 2. Object Thereof: Civil Action re: Breach of Contract.
3. Counterclaim Plaintiffs’ Attorney: Ronald G. Kramer, II, Kramer Legal Group, PLLC, P.O. Box 882, Bridgeport, WV 26330-0882.
4. A copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the Marion County Circuit Clerk.
5. Let it be known that Kristin Staubly must appear and defend on or before October 1, 2019.
It is further ORDERED that Defendant Kristin Staubly appear and defend the claims against her on or before October 1, 2019
All of which is ORDERED.
