It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of DEVIN TYLER REESMAN, are unknown, it is hereby ordered that DEVIN TYLER REESMAN, serve upon BRIE-ANNA NICOLE COTTRELL, petitioner pro se, c/o Circuit Clerk of Taylor County, 214 W. Main St., Room 104, Grafton, WV 26354, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 27, 2019. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
