The object of the above-entitled action is an Unlawful Detainer action in which Plaintiff seeks possession of real property in which it claims an ownership interest following an August 6, 2014 foreclosure sale. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that personal service upon the Defendants was twice or more attempted by the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Department, without effect, it is hereby ORDERED that the Defendants, Calvin E. Woolwine, Katherine L. Woolwine, and the Tenant(s) / Unknown Occupant(s), if any, at the real property commonly known as 103 Highland Street, Beckley, WV 25801, do serve upon Tomi S. Peck, Magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before May 15, 2015, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the said Defendants at any time thereafter.
