Petitioners, Mandy Wells and Clestina Wells, are petitioning this Court to enter an Order of Adoption of Iyanna Wells and Airianna Wells.
TO: The Unknown Biological Fathers of Iyanna Wells and Airianna Wells and Todd Patrick Cortez, the individual listed as the father on the birth certificate of Iyanna Wells: It appearing by verified Petition filed in this action that Unknown Biological Fathers and Todd Patrick Cortez have not been located by the Petitioners for personal service, it is hereby Ordered that unknown biological fathers and Todd Patrick Cortez serve upon John R. Funkhouser, Counsel for Mandy Wells and Clestina Wells, whose address is 103 Adams Street, Suite 200, Fairmont, West Virginia, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before Friday, November 22, 2019 or appear at the hearing scheduled for December 4, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Honorable Judge Christopher McCarthy, Harrison County Courthouse, 301 West Main Street, Clarksburg, WV 26301. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
