payment of sewer account in the amount of $131.03. This amount due reflects an amount owed for
services rendered from August 2019 –
October, 2019.
And it appearing by an
affidavit filed in this action that service is
unsuccessful, it is ordered that Curtis W. Hess II serve upon Berkeley County Magistrate, whose address is 380 W. South St., Martinsburg, WV 25401, an answer or other
defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before December 31, 2019, otherwise judgment by default will be against
Curtis W. Hess II
at any time thereafter.
