PETITION OF RICHARD ALAN HATFIELD AND ANGELA BETH HATFIELD FOR THE ADOPTION O NOAH SHANE TUCKER, AN INFANT UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS, AND CHANGE OF NAME TO NOAH SHANE HATFIELD
CIVIL ACTION NO. 20-A-5-K
The object of this hearing is the Adoption Petition of Richard Alan Hatfield and Angela Beth Hatfield for the Adoption of Noah Shane Tucker and the name of Noah Chane Tucker to be changed to Noah Shane Hatfield, an infant child under the age of eighteen (18) years. This notice is to inform Elbert Tracy Tucker, the father of said child, and any other possible fathers of the child, that your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in said proceeding and to inform you that you may appear and defend any such rights. Additionally, should you fail to respond, you may not receive further notice of the adoption. Said hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., in the chambers of the Honorable H. L. Kirkpatrick III, Circuit Court Judge of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in the Raleigh County Courthouse, located at 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
