THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS TO OBTAIN A DIVORCE
To the above named respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Lucas Randall Lilly is a non resident of the state of West Virginia or has an unknown address, it is hereby ordered that Lucas Randall Lilly serve upon April Lynn Hunnicutt, petitioner, whose address is 1200 Airport Road, Beaver, WV 25813 an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the petition for divorce filed in this action. If you fail to answer the petition for divorce, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition. A final hearing is scheduled for the 16th day of July 2015, at 11:00 AM before the Greenbrier County Family Court.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned clerk’s office.
