It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Fashia Tariq Qureshi is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Respondent serve upon Lusk & Bradford, PLLC, Attorneys at Law, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 220 North Fayette Street, Beckley, WV 25801, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before twenty days. Additionally, should you fail to respond, you may not receive further notice of the temporary hearing. Said hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, April 15, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. in the chambers of the Honorable Suzanne McGraw, Family Court Judge of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in the Raleigh County Judicial Center, located at 222 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Beckley, West Virginia.
