The object of this action is that the Court award an Order of Adoption of Cody Jackson-Lee Vandergrift by Brandin Simmons, joined by Alyssa Simmons, Petitioners. Any person having any objection to said adoption should serve their objection upon Katica Ribel, Esq., counsel for the Petitioners at her address of 421 Fairmont Avenue, Fairmont, West Virginia, 26554, on or before the 15th day of May, 2020.
Failure to object to said petition for adoption may result in the termination of your parental rights to the child named herein. Failure to respond to this notification may waive further notification of proceedings in this matter.
A hearing has been scheduled on the 19th day of May, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. o’clock, at the Division I Court, Marion County Courthouse, 219 Adams Street, Fairmont, West Virginia. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
