The object of this action is that the Court award an Order of Adoption of ALIYAH DAWN EDGELL by STEVE ERIC MEADOWS AND DEBORAH KAY MEADOWS, Petitioners. Any person having any objection to said adoption should serve their objections upon Clarissa M. Banks, Esq., counsel for the Petitioners at her address of 1543 Fairmont Avenue, Suite 203, Fairmont, West Virginia, 26554, on or before the 29th day of May, 2020.
Failure to object to said petition for adoption may result in the termination of your parental rights to the child named herein. Failure to respond to this notification may waive further notification of proceedings in this matter.
An Abandonment/Adoption hearing has been scheduled on the 1st day of June, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. o’clock, at the Division I Court, Marion County Courthouse, 217 Adams Street, Fairmont, West Virginia. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
